Due to the nature of our products, Amity Doors follows a strict refund and return policy.
1. General Policy
All sales are final, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives:

- Defective
- Incorrect
You must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof

3. Return Conditions (If Approved)
Approved returns must:
- Be in original packaging
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Show no signs of misuse or mishandling
4. Custom-Made Products
⚠️ Custom-made or personalized doors are non-refundable and non-returnable, except if damaged during delivery.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
