Damietta University -Applied Arts -Field Visit

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, Amity Security Doors had the pleasure of welcoming a group of Industrial Design students from the Faculty of Applied Arts for an educational tour of our factory.

The visit began with an introductory session, where students were given an overview of the factory’s history, our vision in the field of armored door manufacturing, and our role in delivering high-quality security solutions to both the local and international markets.

During the factory tour, the students were accompanied by our team of engineers and designers who provided in-depth explanations of the production process. This included the stages of conceptual design, prototyping, manufacturing, assembly, and quality control.

Special attention was given to the modern technologies used in cutting, forming, and finishing, as well as the safety and quality standards implemented throughout every step of the process.

The students had the opportunity to engage directly with our professionals, ask questions, and share their ideas—creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment that fostered knowledge exchange.

At the end of the visit, both students and faculty members expressed their appreciation for the professionalism and organization they observed. They also praised the hands-on experience, which enriched their academic understanding and offered valuable insights into the real-world applications of industrial design.
