Welcome to Amity Doors. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Services

  • Amity Doors specializes in the sale of security, interior, and custom-made doors.
  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for illustrative purposes only.
  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to products without prior notice, provided these changes do not affect overall quality or performance.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
  • Payments are processed securely via Paymob using accepted methods (credit/debit cards).
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Egypt through approved logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location, typically 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds (Strict Policy)

  • All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt.
  • Claims for defective or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with proof (photos/videos).
  • Returned products must be:
    • In The original packaging.
    • Free from damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or installation.
  • Custom-made or personalized doors cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

5. Warranty

  • Amity Doors provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Amity Doors provides lifetime technical support for reasonable fees against minor damages.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data collected during checkout (name, address, contact, payment details) is used solely to process and deliver orders.
  • We comply with applicable Egyptian data protection laws.
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except payment processors and delivery partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Amity Doors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

  • Amity Doors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
