• Standard mild steel frames rust within 2–3 years at sea-facing apartments. Our frames use galvanized and treated steel rated for coastal exposure.
• Solid wood doors swell and stick. Cycles of humidity and dryness cause solid-wood doors to bind in summer and gap in winter. Steel-core doors with HPL facades don't move.
